Senate Roll Call on GOP Plan for Deposing Witnesses

The 54-44 roll call by which the Senate voted to accept the Republican plan for the final phase of the impeachment trial.

On this vote, a "yes" vote was a vote to accept the Republican plan and a "no" vote was a vote to reject it.

Voting "yes" were 54 Republicans and no Democrats. Voting "no" were 44 Democrats and no Republicans. Sens. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) and Wayne Allard (R-Colo.) did not vote.
