This chart shows expenditures by Whitewater independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr in six-month increments since he was appointed in 1994 through the end of March 1998.
It does not include spending for the past six months, including most of the expenditures related to Starr's probe into the allegations related to Monica S. Lewinsky and subsequent report to Congress.
