The Beginning of Giuliani Partners
In the closing days of his mayoral term in 2001, Rudy Giuliani got city permission to form a security and management consulting firm with a handful of his long-time aides. Giuliani Partners started business in early 2002 with about a dozen employees, a handful of clients and a strategic partnership with Ernst & Young. Today, its staff has grown fourfold and its various business ventures have grossed more than $100 million. Over the years, Giuliani Partners has formed several subsidiaries, including an investment bank called Giuliani Capital Advisors, Giuliani Compliance Japan and security companies called Giuliani-Kerik, Giuliani Security & Safety (which replaced Giuliani-Kerik) and Giuliani Security & Safety Asia.
