Global climate aid

Many of the world's industrialized countries have promised to help vulnerable nations cope with the impact of global warming over the next few years, but the amount of money they're offering does not always match up neatly with their contribution to the world's total carbon emissions.

NOTE: Some of the biggest carbon emitters in the world, including China and India, are not depicted here because as major developing countries, they have not pledged financial assistance to smaller countries impacted by climate change.
