Employees have their say in workplace survey

The Office of Personnel Management conducts an annual survey of the workforce to learn how federal employees feel about their workplaces. More than 266,000 workers participated this year. To take a deeper dive into one aspect of the survey, we looked at how employees rated their agencies in four key categories: leadership and knowledge management, results-oriented performance culture, talent management and job satisfaction.
