Busch Grand National:
Teammates Jeff Green and Jason Keller finished 1-2 in the standings last year, but can expect a challenge from Rookie of the Year Kevin Harvick.

NASCAR Craftsman Trucks:
Former road-racer Willy T. Ribbs, 42, joins the circuit, tapped by Dodge as part of an effort to boost the ranks of minorities in auto racing.

CART:
After a disappointing spin in Formula One, Italian Alex Zanardi returns in hopes of becoming CART's third three-time series champion (joining Bobby Rahal and Rick Mears).

Indy Racing League:
The struggling open-wheel series expands its schedule from nine to 13 races, including an inaugural event at Richmond International Raceway on June 30.

Formula One:
After blistering the field in last year's Indianapolis 500, Colombia's Juan Montoya CART's 1999 champion, jumps to the world's most prestigious circuit.
