Picking a winner in a PGA Tour event like the Kemper Open is always a risky proposition, considering the depth of talent in tournament fields these days. Nevertheless, we'll try to focus on a daunting dozen with a decent chance to contend and perhaps prevail at Washington's premier golfing event.
