Description: Pros face a dogleg right with a troublesome bunker on the right side of the fairway on this hole. The green is guarded by a bunker on the right side.

How Pros Play the Hole: Players must stay to the left. Most will use a 3-wood or driver off the tee.

Most Troublesome Hazards: A bunker on the right side of the fairway, which is parallel to the tee-shot landing area.

Toughest Pin Placement: Any placement on the right side, behind the bunker on the front right side of the green.

Fred Funk's Take: "Right out of the gate, it's a tough tee shot. You know you've got to hit the fairway to have a chance of really hitting the green, and that's not easy. The second shot into the green is deceptive because you can't really see the putting surface. It's hard to get the ball close, especially if the green gets firm. It's a very tough beginning hole."
