Coach of the Year: Jackie Emr

Wootton swam all season with "For Blume" on its swim caps, in honor of 14-year head coach Howard Blume, who died last April. Emr — Blume's former assistant — led the Patriots through an emotional 6-0 season, culminating with their first Metros and Maryland state titles.
