Gonzaga / Sr.

Guided the Purple Eagles to the Mid-Atlantic Prep Hockey League championship and a wire-to-wire chokehold on the number one spot in The Post's rankings. The Gonzaga captain was the top scorer in the MAPHL, tallying 33 goals and dishing out 21 assists during the Eagles' championship run. Slater capped his senior season with a two-goal, one-assist performance in Gonzaga's 6-1 victory over Calvert Hall. With Slater at the helm, Gonzaga lost just twice this season against local competition. He has signed to play lacrosse at Bucknell. Video: Eagles win MAPHL title
