  • Junior. Posted Washington area's fastest times in 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke while going undefeated in both events.
  • All-American in 100 butterfly. Member of South Lakes's All-American 400 freestyle relay team.
  • Virginia AAA and Northern Region champion in 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke.

  • Guided Seahwawks to their first Virginia AAA championship after finishing second the past two seasons.
  • South Lakes won second consecutive Northern Region title. Posted 7-0 record in dual meets.
  • Reston school's All-American 400 freestyle relay team posted the fastest time in Washington area history (3:08.23).

    BOYS FIRST TEAM

    Nnamnse Ammons DeMatha Sr.
    Metros, National Catholic, and Washington Prep School Champion in 50 and 100 freestyles. Swam area's fastest times in both events.

    Justin Caron Paul VI Sr.
    All-American and area's fastest time in 100 breaststroke. Undefeated this season. Metros and Washington Prep School Champion in 200 IM and 100 breaststroke.

    Devin Crock O'Connell Sr.
    All-American in 100 butterfly. Metros and Washington Prep School champion in 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Area's second-best times in both events.

    Adam Hazes Churchill Sr.
    Won Metros one-meter diving championship second year in a row. Two-time Montgomery County diving champion. Had area's second-highest diving score.

    Stephen Krebs W.T. Woodson Sr.
    Repeat All-Met. Three-time Virginia AAA and Northern Region diving champion. Undefeated for four years. Posted area's highest diving score of the season.

    Mike Nicholas Paul VI Sr.
    Repeat All-Met. Metros, National Catholic, and Washington Prep School runner-up in 50 and 100 freestyles. Swam area's second-fastest time in 50.

    Marc Severin South Lakes Sr.
    Virginia AAA and Northern Region champion in 100 and 200 freestyles. Undefeated this season. Swam area's fastest time in 200, and second-best in 100.

    Dan Zurowski Ireton Sr.
    Repeat All-Met. Metros and Washington Prep School champion in 200 and 500 freestyles. Swam area's fastest time in 500. Broke Metros meet record in 500.
