  • Junior. Repeat All-Met Swimmer of the Year.
  • Won second consecutive 200-yard individual medley and 100 butterfly at Washington Metropolitan area championships.
  • Has fifth-fastest time over the past 12 months by a U.S. swimmer in 200-meter butterfly (2 minutes 13.56 seconds).

  • Second-year coach led McLean school to its first Virginia AAA championship. Saxons went 6-0 in dual meets. They won AAA Liberty District and Northern Region championships.
  • Two-year record of 11-1.

    Melissa Bartlett Sherwood Jr.
    Undefeated in three years of dual-meet competition. Won 200-and 500-yard freestyles at Washington Metros championships.
    Katie Brown Good Counsel Soph.
    Repeat All-Met. Won 100-yard breaststroke at Washington Metros, National Catholic and Washington Private championships.
    Regan Gosnell Holton-Arms Jr.
    Diver lost only time this season. Washington Private and Metros one-meter champion.
    Kim Green Good Counsel Jr.
    Repeat All-Met. Won four individual titles at National Catholic championships. Undefeated in dual-meet competition this season.
    Emily Fain Springbrook Sr.
    Repeat All-Met. Montgomery County champion in 100- and 200-yard freestyles. Washington Metros champion in 100 freestyle.
    Bethany Lindberg Woodbridge Sr.
    Repeat All-Met. Undefeated in 100 backstroke during high school career. Undefeated in all individual events in dual-meet competition past two seasons.
    Miriam Lynch Lake Braddock Jr.
    School record holder in 100-yard backstroke and 100 breaststroke. Virginia AAA champion in 50- and 100-meter freestyles.
