    Madison
    Sophomore
    Transfer from Robinson went 23-1 and won the Virginia AAA singles title in the fall.
    Repeat All-Met; has a two-year record of 47-3 at No. 1 singles. Ranked No. 1 in 16-and-under singles division and shares No. 1 ranking in 18-under singles division in the Mid-Atlantic Tennis Association.

    Centreville
    Sophomore
    Guided Centreville to 19-1 record and Virginia AAA Concorde District, Northern Region and state team championships – the first time in the school's 11-year history the team had won all three.
    Second-year coach was named Concorde District and Northern Region coach of the year.

    First Team
    Laura James | Centreville
    The junior went 25-1, won the Virginia AAA doubles title with her sister, Kristen, and finished as state singles runner-up. A three-time All-Met, James was last year's All-Met Player of the Year after winning the state singles title.

    Samantha Gingold | National Cathedral
    The senior went 7-0 and was undefeated in the Independent Schools League, winning the league's AA Division tournament. The four-time All-Met will play for Princeton in the fall.

    Jennifer Hellier | Broadneck
    Hellier went 20-0 in her senior season, advancing to the Maryland singles final. She was unbeaten (10-0) and did not lose a set in Anne Arundel County; won county and region tournaments. Will attend Rutgers.

    Katie Blaszak | Flint Hill
    Repeat All-Met went 11-0 at No. 1 singles, losing one game the entire season. Blaszak, a sophomore, has a record of 21-0 over two seasons and was all-ISL in 1997 and 1998.

    Kristin Roth | Sherwood
    A junior, Roth was 12-1 and won the Montgomery County singles title in the fall. She has a 48-4 record over three seasons. Finished fourth in last year's Maryland singles tournament.

    Lulu Rodriguez | Stafford
    Rodriguez, a senior, went 18-5 and captured the Virginia AAA Commonwealth District and Northwestern Region singles titles. She was playing high school tennis for the first time since her freshman year, when she attended North Stafford. Committed to George Mason.
