Left-hander mixed 90-plus mph fastball and biting curveball to go 6-1 with 1.59 ERA for WCAC champion Stags (22-4). Had nine strikeouts and earned conference title game victory. Struck out 73 and walked only eight in 522/3 innings. Batted .326 with 7 home runs and scored 15 runs. Will play for Maryland.

Led the Cougars to their ninth state tournament appearance in his tenure at the Waldorf school. Thomas Stone defeated Meade, Arundel, Old Mill and Chesapeake to win the Maryland 4A East title. Has 341-121 career record, and won state championships in 1988 and 1994.

Batted .386 and had fielding percentage of .987. As a pitcher, was 9-1 with 1.13 ERA and 68 strikeouts to only 10 walks. Will play for Marietta (Ohio).

Speedy outfielder batted .412 for the Virginia AA Dulles District champions. Had 28 hits, 23 RBI and 27 runs scored. He was 23 of 23 on stolen base attempts.
