Lenczyk, the Virginia AAA Liberty District player of the year, has totaled 54 goals and 36 assists in her career. The repeat All-Met and 2006 all-American had 18 goals and 11 assists this season. Will play for Virginia.

Coach of the Year

Kerns, who has posted a 52-27-4 record in five years at Woodbridge, took the program from its fourth-place, 7-8-1 finish last season to a 14-0-1 regular season record and the Virginia AAA Cardinal District regular season title. Woodbridge outscored opponents 74-9 en route to the program's first Northwestern Region tournament berth since 2003.

The repeat All-Met saved 245 of 264 shots, bringing her two-year total to 453 saves on 497 shots -- a 0.911 save percentage. Will play for Pennsylvania. Hallauer anchored a Robinson defense that allowed just eight goals and recorded six shutouts through 13 games en route to an undefeated regular season. Will play for Ohio State. A repeat All-Met and four-time AAA Northern Region first-team selection, O'Connor added six goals to her impressive defensive resume this season. Will play for William & Mary. Weiler, the AAA Patriot District player of the year, is a lock-down defender who is feared in the midfield; she scored eight goals this season. Will play for Pittsburgh.

The repeat All-Met directed an offense that outscored opponents 72-7 during the regular season. Will play for George Mason. Despite being the distributor in Centreville's high-powered offense, Benz still scored eight goals and helped the Wildcats to their fourth consecutive AAA Concorde District title. Will play for the College of Charleston. Boyce had nine goals and eight assists to lift Woodbridge to the AAA Cardinal District regular season championship.

Bristol, the AAA Concorde District player of the year, scored 19 of her 32 career goals this season. The repeat All-Met has scored 62 career goals. She scored nine of Hayfield's 10 goals this season and anchored the defense. Will play for Virginia Tech. Richmond led Centreville's talented lineup in both goals (12) and assists (10); she had three multiple-goal games. Rodriguez has led the Bulldogs in scoring in the last two Liberty District championship seasons. Seven of her 15 goals this season were game-winners. She also had 10 assists.
