Despite competing this season with two fractures in her left leg, Yarrison remained unbeaten in her high school diving career. She won Liberty District, Northern Region and Virginia AAA championships. Yarrison, who has signed a letter-of-intent with Arizona, holds all three meet records.

In his sixth year as head coach, Crocker guided the Falcons to their seventh consecutive Metros team title. A Good Counsel alumnus, Crocker also led the Falcons to team title at the National Catholic Meet for the seventh straight time.

Helped Colonials win district, region and state team titles for second straight year. Won the 200-meter freestyle and 100-meter breaststroke at Virginia AAA championships.
Yeng Lan Beller, Westfield, Fr.
Won state titles in 100-meter butterfly and 100-meter backstroke and set national records in both events. All-American in three events.
LeeAnn Chang, Whitman, Sr.
Three-time All-Met won third straight 200 IM and 100 breaststroke titles at Metros meet, breaking her own record in the 100 breaststroke.
Michelle DeMond, Churchill, Sr.
Won the Metros diving competition after finishing runner-up at the last two. Holds MCPS Division I and county meet records.
Liz Kemp, Good Counsel, Fr.
Versatile swimmer broke team records in 50 and 100 freestyle, 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly. Won the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke at Metros meet.
Kassy Kugler, Sherwood, Soph.
Repeat All-Met named outstanding performer at Metros after breaking 100 and 200 freestyle records and anchoring Warriors' victorious 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.
Colleen Law, Holton-Arms, Fr.
Won 50 freestyle at Metros meet, tying the meet record. Broke team records in 200 IM and 50 and 100 freestyle.
Emily Verdin, Jefferson, Jr.
Repeat All-Met selection won the 200-meter IM in a national-record time. Won 200-yard IM and 100-yard backstroke at Northern Region meet.
Kate Ziegler, O'Connell, Fr.
Broke a 15-year-old meet record in 500 freestyle by more than a second at Metros. Posted All-American times in the 500 and 200 freestyle events.
