Former figure skating champion Tonya Harding and machinist Michael Smith boarded a yacht on Oregon's Willamette River for a private wedding ceremony yesterday. It was Harding's second marriage and Smith's fourth.

Harding's first husband was Jeff Gillooly, who changed his name to Stone after he admitted plotting a 1994 attack on Harding's skating rival, Nancy Kerrigan. Harding, 25, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to hinder prosecution in the case.
