Olympic Torch Lights the Spirit in D.C.
The Washington area's two-day celebration of the coming of the Olympic torch continues today. The 15,000-mile relay, which started two months ago in L.A., continues today from the White House, jogging through D.C. and Northern Virginia with several more ceremonies planned.

Kimberly Brown D.C. 'Community Heroes' to Carry Olympic Torch
On June 20 and 21, 85 runners will carry the torch on the D.C. leg of the Olympic Torch Relay. Kimberly Brown, right, has trained for her run in the relay. Brown is one of the 37 D.C. torchbearers selected by a United Way panel as a "community hero."
