made '94 national team debut on Banana Boat outdoor tour versus Canada

consistently among team's leading blockers and servers

led team with four stuff blocks versus Argentina in World Championship pool play (9-30-94)

seven service aces versus Cuba in World Championship seeding match (10-4-94) helped give USA tourney's top seed

starting setter for USA national 'B' team (summer '93) during tour of Greece and Germany

first trained with USA 'B' team in 1990 at the age of 18 (youngest player ever).
