How they got here: Tampa Bay beat No. 8 New York Islanders, 4-1; Montreal beat No. 2 Boston, 4-3.Tampa Bay's Martin St. Louis had zero points in first two home playoff games against Islanders before breaking out once the series shifted to New York. St. Louis finished with four goals and an assist in final three games. The Canadiens, 23-time Stanley Cup champions, are a playoff underdog against a team that made its NHL debut same season as Canadiens' last championship (1992-93).

The Flames' Jarome Iginla proved he is worthy of consideration as MVP. He backed up 41-goal regular season with dominant Game 7 performance that produced two goals and an assist.

Colorado's Peter Forsberg and Joe Sakic looked great in first round, with Forsberg posting eight points (3 goals, 5 assists) and Sakic chipping in with six (4 goals, 2 assists).
