Fitness Search Page
Looking for a gym that meets your schedule, interest and comfort level can be a time-consuming activity. That is why washingtonpost.com has done it for you. We combed the area, visiting fitness centers from the smallest neighborhood gym such as the Fitness Co. of Georgetown to the exercise emporiums, like Regency Sport and Health in McLean, that have everything from tennis courts to televisions in the lounge area. We scoped out the amenities, the size of the aerobics studio and the testosterone level of the free weight area.
To use the database, select a type of activity or amenity from the two top boxes or select more than one by holding down the control key and select a geographic area in the box below, and press "Search" to get on the road to finding a gym that your body will love. Retha Hill, Editor
