'Chain Reaction'
Eddie Kasalivich is a machinist in a Chicago research lab, working with a crack team of global scientists on some neat way to produce cheap, clean energy "for the people."
Eddie is the one who finally makes it work. He figured out the right frequencies, but he didn’t write them down. So when a truckload of mysterious guys blow up the lab, killing the lead scientist and taking some computer discs with them, they don’t have the formula. When the FBI starts investigating the blast, Eddie and scientist Lily Sinclair figure out they’re being set up. They run. -- Eric Brace
