    Tangled Up in You

    January 8, 1999

You may think it's funny, but it's knot. A whole lot of them, actually. The "Knots on the Web" site http://www.earlham.edu/~peters/knotlink.htm is an exhaustive, potentially exhausting collection of links to knot-related Web sites. The main utility here is finding your way to sites that can walk you through knotty situations around and outside the house – fly fishing, home tailoring, rock climbing, crocheting and so on. The sartorially confused will find the how-to-tie-a-tie links particularly useful. Sections on "knot theory" and knot-tying art (think rope origami) offer hours of distraction, if you're into that sort of thing.
