The Web site of the Ladies' Home Journal http://www.lhj.com isn't a site I'd normally be checking out, but it's got a cool feature that lets you easily try out redecorating ideas for your home. Type in the size of the room you want to decorate, then grab furniture icons from the menu and arrange the pieces onscreen to your heart's content. There's one category of furniture is missing from the menu, however: home office equipment. You can't save your work here, so you'll have to print your ideas out as you go along. This site requires Macromedia's Shockwave software.
