    Trapped inside your cubicle and stuck behind your keyboard? Stressed out and behind on health habits? The Keyboard Yoga site welcomes newcomers with friendly basics, noting the importance of proper breathing and that pain isn't needed for gain. After breathing exercises come neck and shoulder techniques; the full regimen includes eye calisthenics, exercises for lower back/pelvis and wrist/hand, and self-massage. It will be hard to "turn" pages of breathing instructions after assuming postures described – palms curled upwards, eyes closed and so on – so you might want to read them all before starting.
