    Trapped inside your cubicle and stuck behind your keyboard? Stressed out and behind on health habits? The Keyboard Yoga site http://www.ivillage.com/fitness/yoga/ welcomes newcomers with friendly basics, noting the importance of proper breathing and that pain isn't needed for gain. After breathing exercises come neck and shoulder techniques; the full regimen includes eye calisthenics, exercises for lower back/pelvis and wrist/hand, and self-massage. It will be hard to "turn" pages of breathing instructions after assuming postures described – palms curled upwards, eyes closed and so on – so you might want to read them all before starting.
