    Consuming Mass Quantities?

    Since Halloween commences the fall/winter season of overindulgence, we note one resource that can at least record the damage done, even if it won't actually help you sidestep the side effects of serial holidays. Try out the body-mass-index calculator at http://www.iupui.edu/~psych/info/notes/bmi.html; type your height and current weight, and it calculates this number, a measure of your variance from an ideal body weight. If the number's above 25, well, consider at least pushing the mouse around more vigorously.
