If you only do one thing: Go to Walt Disney World, of course. Older folks might best like the EPCOT Center; families, the Magic Kingdom; and singles, MGM Studio. What's new: Universal Studios' CityWalk, an entertainment complex, will be opening this fall, to include Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Cafe, the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world, and Downbeat magazine's Jazz Center and Hall of Fame. Old-faithful restaurant: In old-town Orlando, try Manuel's. In Disney World, try Victoria and Albert's. Fancy places, both. Of-the-moment restaurant: In old-town Orlando, Sergio's is the latest popular spot; in Disney World, Wolfgang Puck Cafe is proving a big success. With the kids: Mickey's ToonTown in the Magic Kingdom is especially recommended. Side trip: Drive to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, about 45 minutes east of Orlando, near Cocoa Beach. Off-the-beaten track: Cassadaga, a residential community of psychics and palm readers, is about an hour away. If you've had it up to here with Walt's World, a peep into another world may be just what the doctor ordered. Average per-night lodging rate: $118 Distance from airport to city center: From the airport to downtown Orlando: 22 miles; from the airport to Walt Disney World: 14 miles Information: 800/643-9492, http://www.goflorida.com/orlando
