PROBLEM: Full-size cans of shaving cream are heavy and take up precious space in the overnight bag.
SOLUTION: Sure, you can buy the little travel size, but Frank Homburger of Alexandria says there’s no need for that. “I set aside a can of shaving cream as soon as it starts getting empty, then I pack it for my next trip,” Homburger tells us. “There’s always enough left to last me.” And when it finally runs dry? “I throw the can out when packing to go home, which leaves extra room in the suitcase for souvenirs — and those little hotel shampoos.”
