"Before I go away on a trip," confesses tipster Margaret Wohler of Alexandria, "I always place a carton of fresh milk not a plastic jug! in the freezer. It freezes into a milk brick but is easily thawed in the sink overnight or in the microwave the day I get back. This way, even though the refrigerator is empty, we always have milk for our coffee or cereal the next day, without anybody having to run out for milk."
