None of the court’s six conservative justices expressed support for keeping the precedent that states may not prohibit abortion before the point of fetal viability.

Some states are prohibiting the use of county jails for migrants, but Immigration and Customs Enforcement have simply relocated them, transferring dozens of detainees to other places, often run by private firms.
Some lawmakers have expressed concern that the House has taken too many votes on bills that have no chance of passing the Senate, such as changes to the immigration system and gun laws, that are not popular in swing districts.
