Strong support among women powers former vice president Joe Biden’s advantages in both states, while rising coronavirus concerns in Wisconsin are hampering President Trump, according to a pair of Washington Post-ABC News polls.
At least 71 million have already voted, compared with 139 million total ballots cast four years ago. With Texas leading the way, motivated voters are turning out early to ensure their votes are counted amid the pandemic.
The court indicated, though, that the issue could be reviewed after the election.
The major indexes are down more than 5 percent this week amid a surge in new coronavirus cases and growing signs that economic relief negotiations have stalled.
The association, which represents more than 14,000 FBI agents, seems to be pushing back on President Trump, who has discussed firing Christopher A. Wray.
