In two vicious tweets, the president called Brzezinski “low I.Q. Crazy Mika” and claimed that she was "bleeding badly from a face-lift" late last year. Trump also called Joe Scarborough “Psycho Joe.”
The two leaders will meet in Hamburg, Germany, next week, White House officials said. The Kremlin also announced a meeting, but neither side offered details.
