For the Kremlin, the meeting with President Trump in Helsinki was just the beginning of a long-awaited U.S. thaw. Russian officials are likely to seek to ramp up the pressure on Trump to make good on his promise to improve U.S.-Russia relations despite the head winds in Washington.
