President Trump began lying about the threat of fraud well before Election Day to create precisely the atmosphere that the campaign is now leveraging. We cannot emphasize directly or frequently enough one central point: There is no evidence of any systemic fraud in the 2020 election. 
“Afghanistan risks becoming once again a platform for international terrorists to plan and organize attacks on our homelands," Jens Stoltenberg said.
