How evaluation spoiled teaching for her

D.C. elementary school teacher Stephanie Black loved the story of the KIPP schools, leaders of the no-excuses movement in education, but could not stand one result of that movement, the new IMPACT teacher evaluation system in D.C. Her story is worth reading.
