Harvard students seek probe of controversial PhD thesis on Hispanics' IQ

Harvard University students delivered a petition to President Drew Faust demanding an investigation into how the school awarded a doctorate based on a dissertation that claimed that Hispanics are not as smart as whites.

Business leaders urge Congress to rewrite No Child Left Behind

(Critics of education reform note that educators don't presume to know about business to tell business leaders how to reform their own institutions. Still a group of chief executive officers at leading U.S. companies is now urging Congress to rewrite No Child Left Behind as part of its recommendations for policies that promote business growth in 2013.

Heavily accented teachers removed from Arizona classrooms

School districts in Arizona are under orders from the state's Department of Education to remove from classrooms teachers who speak English with a very heavy accent or whose speech is ungrammatical.
