Taking sides: Best little spring outdoor concert

Who would be the ideal artist to see at a little outdoor venue on a nice spring day?

By Click Track, In about an hour or so on this fine Thursday afternoon, we’re going to walk a few blocks to check out that chill bro, Toro y Moi, play a, free lunchtime show, outside of the Logan Circle location of Sweetgreen. (The same folks are bringing the Sweetlife Festival to Merriweather Post Pavilion in a few weeks.) And that got us thinking.
