D.C. burglar steals cell, answers call, goes to jail

Crucito Serrano, 20, of Eastern Avenue in Northeast D.C., was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison Monday for second-degree burglary after he stole a cell phone and other items, then answered the phone when the victim called it.

Huguely indicted on first-degree murder charge in Va.

Former University of Virginia lacrosse player George W. Huguely V, 23, was indicted Monday by a grand jury on six charges, including first-degree murder, in the death of his former girlfriend.
