Boy Scout leaders work to prevent abuse. Will Penn State do the same?

Losing an $18.5 million lawsuit in 2010 has encouraged the Boy Scouts of America to step up its efforts to protect boys from sexual predators. Will Penn State do the same?

What Paterno admitted he knew: Sandusky couldn’t have done it without him

“Obviously, he was doing something of a sexual nature.’’ Yet Paterno didn’t pass on the report right away, because “I didn’t want to inferfere with their weekends.”
