Falls Church is king of Virginia recycling, again

Statewide, localities in Virginia are recycling about 40 percent of their waste. But the city of Falls Church is doing way better, with 60 percent recycling last year, its second year at the top.

Fairfax County pondering buying Falls Church Water, again
