Football: Offense

The quarterback threw for 2,159 yards and 20 touchdowns and rushed for 964 yards and 18 more scores to lead the Bruins to a perfect regular season.

Football: Defense

Despite facing constant double-teams, the heralded Alabama recruit and defensive tackle used his explosive speed to rack up up 16 sacks.

Boys’ Soccer

Prolific playmaker scored 28 goals and added seven assists to lead the Saints to IAC regular season and tournament titles and their first VISAA championship.

Girls’ Soccer

Talented finisher scored 15 goals and had seven assists to lead the Falcons to the WCAC title and earn conference player of the year and all-American honors.

Boys’ Cross-Country

Won each of his area meets and invitationals, culminating in the 5A state championship at The Plains in a time of 15:06 and a fourth-place finish at Foot Locker South (14:50).

Girls’ Cross-Country

Three-time cross-country All-Met went undefeated in 2013, including a win at the Foot Locker South regional and a course-record at the Virginia 6A championships (17:13).

Field Hockey

Multifaceted player and Junior Olympian anchored defense and scored 10 goals to help guide the Falcons to their 21st state championship.


Senior outside hitter posted 292 kills, 254 digs and 35 blocks to lead the top-ranked Raiders to a 31-0 record and their third state title in her four years at the school.
