John Kennedy, a Republican, and Foster Campbell, a Democrat, will go to a runoff Dec. 10 for the Louisiana Senate seat. Kennedy got 25 percent, while Campbell got 17.5 percent of the vote.

All of Louisiana's House seats have been decided. Republicans have held three seats, while Democrats have held one. Every House seat is up for election every two years.
