What happened

No matter how the investigation ends, there’s no doubting the sleaze factor around Trump and his 2016 campaign.

President Trump’s new acting attorney general, who will oversee the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, was a regular critic of the probe over a seven-month span in 2017.
