U.S. returns 100 migrant children to overcrowded facility

Authorities had scrambled to move children out of a Border Patrol station in Clint, Tex., after reports of sick and dirty children without their parents. But an official said a lack of bed space in shelters forced the agency to return some children to the Clint facility.
