Flip or Flop Fort Worth (HGTV at 9) The real-estate franchise puts down Texas roots.

S.W.A.T. (CBS at 10) Shemar Moore ("Criminal Minds") leads this police drama based on the 1970s TV series and the 2003 film it inspired.
