Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar headlines The Washington Post’s Health 202 Live

On Wednesday, June 20, Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex M. Azar II will appear at The Washington Post to talk about his plans to significantly lower drug prices and expand the availability of lower cost health insurance. The program will also feature sessions on rising health care costs and Capitol Hill’s solutions to reduce the burden for Americans and the role chronic disease plays in driving health care spending. Nutritional experts will explain the effects of diabetes, the obesity epidemic and more on the health care system, and examine possible solutions.
