Application having been made herein for probate of the last will and testament and codicils of said deceased, and for letters testamentary on said estate, by Virginia Steuart Martens, Harry Martens, Jr., and Willard C. Kress it is ordered this 20th day of September, A. D. 1979, that Elizabeth Steuart Moore and all others concerned, appear in said Court on Monday, the 29th day of October, A. D. 1979, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., to show cause why such application should not be granted. Let notice hereof be granted.
