Union First National Bank of Washington has elected Richard L. Lesher and C. Jackson Ritchie Jr. to the board of directors.

Lesher is president of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States. He is also president of Citizen's Choice and director of the National Center for Resource Recovery.

Ritchie originally joined Union First in 1968 and now serves as executive vice president. He is a past president of the Washington chapter of the American Institute of Banking.

Walker & Dunlop, mortgage bankers and realtors in Washington, has named Richard A. Wriggelsworth Jr. vice president for loan administration.

Wriggelworth has previously been a financial analyst with Dun & Bradstreet, treasure and servicing manager with J.M. Prentice Mortgage Co., and a senior department manager with Citizens Mortgage Corp.

Robert H. Lager has been named executive vice president for the Norbeck Memorial Park in Olney. Lager will be responsible for sales and marketing.

Norfolk and Western Railway Co. has elected Jean Jones vice president and comptroller, effective June 1, followi the retirement of Howard J. Brinner, Jones, who has been with the company for eight years, has been vice president of the management information department.

Jones's replanement as head of the management information department will be Alec C. Weight, now a management consultant with McKinesey Co. in Toronto.

Computer Sciences Corp. has named Howark L. Yudkin president of the CSC-Systems division in Falls CHurch. Yudkin is a former deputy assistant secretary of defense of communications systems an dhas been vice president of the division' communications and elcctronics center since 1974.

Yudkin replaces A. E. Nashman, a Computer Sciences vice president, who now manages the system's group of six operating divisions.

Operations Research, Inc., has elected Richard F. Hoglund vice president. Hoglund comes to ORI from Physical Dynamics, Inc. At ORI he will be responsible for Navy strategic and tactial systems grams.

Aristo Potomac, Inc., has appointed RObert Scwarzberg vice president Schwarzberg, who has more than 26 years of experience in the dry cleaning industry, will head Aristo's store division.

InterTechnology/Solar Corp. in Warrenton has named Jacob H. Paster vice president for marketing. Paster has been marketing director for the past year.

The company also named Frederick A. Costello vice president for engineering and David W. Doyle was appointed president of ITC/International, with responsibility for the company's activities overseas.
