The board of directors of the National Corp. for Housing Partnerships has elected Robert A. Georgine, president of the building and construction trade department of the AFL-CIO, and Paul J. O'Brien, senior vice president of Security National Bank, as directors to fill the unexpired terms of two members who recently resigned.

Carole DeQuollo has been named marketing manager for the Arlington office of Hugh T. Peck Properties of Northern Virginia Inc. She formerly worked for Vicki Bagley Realty. Mary Fry has been named marketing manager of the Falls Church office. She is a former sales associate and assistant manager at Carriage House Realtors.

Frances A. Rosenfeld, executive vices president of Rosenfeld Realty Co. of Bethesda, has been named Virginia State director for the International Council of Shopping Centers.

F. Alden Murray Jr, president of Alden Inc., has been elected 1980-81 president of the Washington, D.C., chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.

Michael J. Murray has joined the Donohoe Companies as corporate treasurer. He comes to the firm from O'Boyle Tank Lines Inc. where he was vice president of finance.
