Frederick J. Kleisner has been appointed general manager of the Capital Hilton. Kleisner began his hotel career at the Pick Lee Hotel here in Washington. Prior to his appointment to the Capital Hilton, Kleisner served as manager of the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Kona Hilton, and as resident manager of the Dallas statler Hilton and the Shamrock Hilton in Houston.

In addition, Kleisner has served as a trustee and is currently chairman of the board of trustees of Mercy College in New York.

Anwar Ibrahim has been named director of food beverage at Stouffer's National Hotel Center in Arlington. He comes to stouffer Hotels from the Fountainebleau Hilton in Miami where he was an assistant food and beverage manager for the past two years.

R.A. Rankin Jr. has joined Marriott Corp. as vice presicent of corporate information. He will be responsible for shareholder communications, corporate media relations, corporate contributions and other corporate affairs activities.

S.J. "Sib" DiMeglio has accepted the newly created position of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Government Services Inc., a national food service and hospitality service located in Lanham. DeMeglio will serve in his new capacity until Jan. 1, 1981 when he will succeed M.T. "Barney" Allen as president and chief executive officer.
