Peyton B. Fletcher III, who recently resigned as president and chief executive of Mortgage Investors of Washington after the firm was purchased by General Investment Management of Eindhoven, Holland., has joined B.F. Saul Co. as a vice president. He will work on various real estate projects. Fletcher was with Mortgage Investors for ten years. From 1954 to 1970 he was an executive with Riggs National Bank of Washington.

Judith D. Corse has been named senior vice president of marketing at PRC Realty Systems Inc. PRC Realty, the largest supplier of computer systems to the real estate industry, is a subsidiary of Planning Research Corp. Corse has been with PRC Realty for 11 years and has been manager of customer services since 1974.

John H. Benton has been promoted to vice president for building systems and the production of Monument Homes of Montclair and Aquia Harbour. Benton formerly was a building inspector in Stafford County, Va.

Beverly F. Flynn has joined Innerspace Inc., a Baltimore-based interior design firm, as director of marketing. Prior to joining Innerspace, Flynn owned and operated her own design and consulting firm.

Joseph W. Seay, Ph.D., has been named "Realtor of the Year" by the Virginia Association of Realtors. Seay is the president and owner of Joseph W. Seay Co., which he founded in 1948. He has served as the president of both the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors.

William H. Choquette has been named regional manager for the mid-Atlantic office of Gilbane Building Co., located in Washington. Gilbane is based in Providence, R.I.

R. Carl Benna has been elected president of North American Housing Corp. of Point of Rocks, Md. In addition, Lester L. Selders was elected vice president and David L. Burgener was named treasurer.

Warren E. Johnson has been named vice president and general superintendent of the general contracting department of Kettler Brothers Inc. Nancy J. Downs was appointed assistant vice president, general contracting, for the firm.
