Janet M. Senft has been named assistant vice president at Maryland Federal Savings and Loan Association.
Jerry R. Baugh Jr. has joined Arlington-Fairfax Savings and Loan as vice president in charge of the consumer loan department.

Daniel J. Callahan III, president and chief administrative officer of The Riggs National Bank of Washington, will head the 1980-81 nationwide 4-H bank program. The program gives bankers across the country an opportunity to enhance the learn-by-doing activities of more than 5 million 4-H members.
John A. Ronveaux has been appointed senior vice president/corporate banking division of America Security Bank. Ronveaux joined the bank in April of this year and most recently was vice president and group head for the national banking group.
