John T. Rohrback and Kenneth H. Trout have been named senior vice presidents in the Bank of Virgina's northern Division. Rohrback will be in charge of community banking in the division, with headquarters in the bank's Tysons Corner office. Trout will be in charge of commercial banking and senior executives.
